Newlands Golf Club not only boasts one of the best parkland courses in the country, but our modern Club House is equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a well-established golf club. Views of the course from the Club House add to the warm and friendly atmosphere in the bar and restaurant, and we are particularly proud of our Bossi Mantlepiece that has been at the heart of our club house activities since 1925.
And we have many other amenities including bridge, indoor bowling and snooker facilities that allow us to compete with friends and neighbouring golf clubs when bad weather stops play.

Pro Shop & Swing Studio
The Club facilities host a Professional’s Shop led by Brian Cosgrove, one of Ireland’s pre-eminent golf professionals. Brian is joined on the Pro Shop team by Noel and Ian and all endeavour to ensure the shop is well stocked with all of the equipment and clothing necessary for a round of golf. The Club has a purpose-built, state-of-the-art Swing Studio where Brian and his team can provide all-year-round lessons to improve your game or decide on custom-made clubs to suit your swing.
Restaurant, Lounge & Bar
The restaurant, lounge and bar located on the first floor offer a spectacular view of the golf course. There is also a private dining room available for small functions, or special occasions.
The patio area is accessible from both the restaurant and the course and provides outdoor seating for dining or relaxing, when good weather allows.

The MGT team led by Mick, Graham & Tony provide a top-class restaurant and bar facility at Newlands Golf Club. They are always helpful and provide members and their guests, visitors, and golf societies with high quality food after a round of golf. Their business and family lunches on Sundays and all days, are worthy of note. The MGT team are also happy to help members celebrate special occasions and have menus to suit everyone and all events.
