Brian Cosgrove (Class AA PGA Professional)
PGA Professional at Newlands Golf Club

Brian joined Newlands in April 2019 from Killeen Golf Club. He played his amateur golf on the links terrain of Carne in Co. Mayo. He completed a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Science at University of Limerick before joining the Professional Golfers Association in 2005. While in PGA training Brian was attached to Milltown & Rathsallagh, before setting up his own academy in 2009.  He has a Class “AA” PGA status and is a PGA Sports Science Tutor at the Training Academy HQ at The Belfry.  

Noel Murray an integral part of the team, brings a wealth of experience much of which he has gathered within the golf & service industry. Noel joins Brian in the Proshop and both are happy to assist with any of your golfing queries.

Newlands Proshop is very well stocked all year round with the latest in equipment, bags, accessories, shoes and a great mix of apparel that includes FootJoy, Ping Clothing & Callaway & Glenbrae for gents to Green Lamb, Rohnisch, Ping Clothing & Callaway Golf for ladies.

Equipment is available for trial or one can experience our custom fitting service that incorporates our Trackman Technology – we fit Ping, Callaway, Mizuno & Titleist.
