Baked darne of salmon coated in a pea and baby shrimp beurre blanc
Or
Supreme of Chicken Breast served with Lyonnaise potatoes and Forestier sauce
And
Raspberry Pavlova, followed by freshly brewed Tea / Coffee
Presentation of Prizes will follow the meal at 9:30 pm approx
