Hole By Hole Guide

Hole 1  337 / 303 meters Par 4

A gentle dog leg right where an accurate tee shot down the right hand side of the fairway will leave you an easier approach.  Trees running down both sides of the fairway and 3 fairway bunkers to navigate makes the tee shot a challenging one.

The green is protected by a bunker front left, back right and a run off on the right hand side of the green.

Hole 2 460 / 396 meters Par 5

A straightaway par 5 protected by trees right and left for the majority of the hole. Two fairway bunkers left and right come into play at 80 metres to the green so an accurate lay up is needed for the shorter hitters. The green is narrow but long with a bunker front and back left.

Hole 3 306 / 257 meters Par 4

A slight dogleg right protected by large trees on the right and groups of trees running up the left hand side of the fairway all the way to the green. A player can lay up to the corner of the dogleg or be more aggressive and take on a narrow fairway which is protected by a fairway bunker on the left 100 metres from the green. An accurate approach is needed to a 2 tiered green protected by 3 green side bunkers and a deep bunker 30 metres short of the green.

Hole 4 159 / 106 meters Par 3

Precision is key on the Par 3 4th. A deep bunker guards the front of an elevated green where misjudgement off the tee will be punished further by a bunker front left and back right.

Hole 5 433 / 391 meters Par 4/5

Long par 4 dogleg to the left challenges a player to hit an accurate tee shot. The difficulty of the tee shot is out of bounds right and group of trees left which run all the way from tee to green.

A fairway bunker right also adds to the difficulty of the hole. The slightly raised green is protected by a bunker front left and back right.

Hole 6 344 / 291 meters Par 4

A gentle dogleg to the left with trees running all along the left hand side of the hole. 3 strategically placed fairway bunkers on the right hand side of the hole await any stray shots to the right. A accurate tee shot is needed to find a green that is protected by a large tree front left and 2 geeenside bunkers.

Hole 7 358 / 344 meters Par 4

A desired right to left shape off the tee is required with the added difficulty of mature trees both right and left of the fairway. A long flat green awaits the approach shot protected by  a bunker on the left, group of evergreen greens short right and a mound at the back of the green for any approach shots overhit.

Hole 8 356 / 282 meters Par 4

Dogleg right Par 4 which encourages a player to keep left off the tee. Trees left and right of the fairway await any wayward shots.  3 fairway bunkers add to the difficulty of the tee shot. The green is guarded by a deep bunker 30 yards short of the green. A run off to the right of the green along with 2 green side bunkers front and back of the green add extra difficulty to the hole.

Hole 9 152 / 144 meters Par 3

The second of the par 3’s features a bunker on the left of the green and a bunker back right. Control off the tee is paramount to a narrow opening at the front of the green with a run off short of the green for any shots coming up short.

Hole 10 324 / 279 meters Par 4

Intimidating tee shot which requires accuracy with out of bounds left, trees right and a fairway bunker left.  Hole plays uphill to an elevated green with a deep greenside bunker front right which will punish any wayward approaches.

Green slopes severely from back to front.

Hole 11 317 / 279 meters Par 4

A reachable par 4 for some which has a sharp dogleg left. Hole has lots of risk with out of bounds left and groups of trees right. The strategic shot is to play to the elbow of the dogleg. The more adventurous player can hit their tee shot over the corner of the dogleg taking on the out of bounds and mature tall trees. Approach is into a two tiered green with a very narrow upper tier. Bunker front left also guards the green.

Hole 12 141 / 125 meters Par 3

Short par 3 played through mature trees left and right. Deep bunker guards the front of the green. Long narrow uphill green with the added protection of bunkers left and right. Anything over hit will gather in a run off area over the back of the green or even worse will end up in more trees at the back of the green.

Hole 13 511 / 432 meters Par 5

Par 5 played from an elevated tee. Narrow landing area for tee shot as fairway is protected by trees right left. 2 fairway bunkers right add to the difficulty of the tee shot. If you pass the test from the tee then the next one is the lay up and to avoid the trees right and left and 3 well positioned fairway bunkers. The green has a narrow opening guarded by a bunker front right.

Hole 14 342 / 308 meters Par 4

Extremely tight tee shot played through a narrow gap with mature trees right and left. Narrow landing area with more trees right and 2 fairway bunkers on the left hand side of the fairway. Approach shot is to a green where it is difficult to see the bottom of the flag pole from the fairway and is guarded by a deep bunker front right.

Hole 15 342 / 272 meters Par 4

Uphill tee shot on a dogleg right Par 4 with trees right and left and a fairway bunker also on the left. An accurate tee shot to the left hand side of the fairway will leave you an approach shot to a two tiered green guarded by mature trees right and left. The green also has the added protection of a hollow front left.

Hole 16  172 / 134 Meters Par 3

The last of the Par 3’s plays downhill to a tricky green with lots of slope. The green is guarded by a deep bunker front left and tress short right.

Hole 17 443 / 397 Meters Par 4

Long par 4 which has a demanding tee shot played off an elevated tee through a narrow gap of mature trees. A fairway bunker left and trees right adds to the difficulty of the tee shot. A long approach shot is required to a green guarded by a bunker 30 metres short of the green and a right greenside bunker.

Hole 18 463 / 396 Meters Par 5

The finishing hole is an uphill par 5 that requires an accurate tee shot to a fairway protected by trees right and left and deep fairway bunkers left and right. A deep fairway bunker sits in the middle of the fairway 100 metres out for the green. The green is guarded by 2 greenside bunkers left. The green itself is extremely undulating and requires a delicate touch.
