Protect Our Course

The Course Committee have been tasked with improving the 'on course experience' for members. There are a number of ways to do this, but we will concentrate on the ideas that members have raised first. These are small things that each and every member can help with. Let's work together for the benefit of all members and our visitors

1 – Tee Boxes  – Golf Bags, Trolleys and Buggies are NOT permitted on tee boxes.

2 – Pitchmarks must be repaired.

3- On Course Practice. No more than 2 balls are permitted per person at any time.

4– Practice Area. Please read the full list of rules for the practice area at the ball dispenser. Particular attention should be given to the safety of all members.

For the remainder of the season we are introducing an

“Adopt a Green” initiative. The objective of this is to keep our greens in the best condition possible.

All members are encouraged to adopt a green and maintain it as you play. As you play ‘your’ green you are asked to pay particular attention and repair as many pitchmarks as possible.

All members have been assigned a hole in alphabetical order.

7th – 8th Hole Safety Notice

On approach to the 7th Green please position your trolley/ buggie near the 8/14th sign post. It is then requested that all members make their way to the 8th tee box via the right side of the mens tee box. This will direct players on a safer path from incoming shots to the 7th green by the group behind you

Attention all  BIG HITTERS – 11th HOLE SAFETY RULE

If a player intends to hit over the corner, one of the group MUST go to the corner to ensure the safety of players ahead.
